The Divine Bar


The Divine Bar at 54th Street is a concept that was developed using a large portion of the existing bar/kitchen equipment and furnishings from the Liberty Street location in downtown Manhattan.  The goal was to bring the ambiance of the downtown location to the Theater District in midtown.





JFK/IAT Terminal 4


CHAVARRIA was retained by Restaurant Associates to manage the construction of a full service kitchen,  two restaurants, and ten other food service areas of which included a RITAZZA CAFÉ, a KRISPY KREME and AU BON PAIN.  The project valued cost of 12 million dollars and CHAVARRIA was instrumental in obtaining saving totaling upwards of six hundred thousand dollars.





Naples Downtown Disney


This Naples restaurant is located in Disney Land, Anaheim, California.  The restaurant has an interior gross area of 8,000 sf and an outside seating area of 5,400 sf.  The outside seating is divided into a patio at the ground level, and a terrace on the second floor.





Grand Street Settlement


Grand Street Settlement has been awarded Section 202 funding for the construction of a 75 units of housing for the elderly.  Seventy four one-bedroom units will be for the elderly and 1 two bedroom unit for the building superintendent community spaces will include a community room, warming kitchen, activity room and an outdoor sitting area and garden.





The Wien House


The Project Manger for Beyer Blinder Belle when The Wien House was built in 1988.  Since 1990 CHAVARRIA has served The Wien House and its sponsor, The YM/YWHA, as their in-house Designer and Project Manager in projects ranging from 10K to 1.8 Million Dollars. 





Humanities Building


This project consisted of the renovation and expansion of the Humanities Building.  CHAVARRIA was retained by the State University Construction Fund to conduct the construction administration and coordination of the new mechanical systems into the new and existing building





New Roc City


The center is served by a pre-cast concrete garage with a capacity of approximately 2,000 cars and it is connected to the Center via a bridge design to resemble one of New York’s suspension bridge.
